Returns & Guarantees

 

At LumiQuest we offer a simple guarantee on all LumiQuest products.  If at anytime you do not feel that your LumiQuest product has lived up to your expectations let us know and we'll make it right.

1. If you buy a LumiQuest product and don't love it, return it.

 

If you need to return an item simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link, under the "My Account" menu and click the Return(s) item buttom.

 

When you send the item back to us please tell us the reason for your return and whether you would like an exchange, credit or refund.  We will refund/credit the original price of the product (minus shipping charges).  Credits are promptly issued upon receipt of your return.  We will notify you by e-mail once we receive the item and processed the return.  However, your credit card company may take one or more billing cycles to post the credit to your statement.

Note:  If you purchased your LumiQuest product from one of our authorized dealers you can return it to the dealer based on their return policy.  If you prefer to return your LumiQuest product directly to us. Please include your sales receipt. 

 

When returning a product, we recommend you use a traceable shipping method (i.e., Postal Service with tracking, UPS, etc), as we cannot be responsible for packages lost in transit.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world.  

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
